Exchange
We're happy to exchange unworn items in their original condition — with tags attached and in the original packaging. The window to request an exchange depends on how your order was delivered:
- Greater Malé area — within 24 hours of delivery.
- Speed boat (atolls) — within 7 days of delivery.
What can't be returned
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Products without their original tags or packaging.
- Sale items marked as final sale, and personalised or printed teamwear.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. For exchanges, let us know the size or colour you'd like instead and we'll check availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
